As I have decided to swear off Interflora due to bad service and unacceptable bouquets, I wanted a local florists to send a bday bouquet to my daughter in S.C. I chose the "Designer's Choice" because I was so impressed with the site and photos of their arrangements and trusted they would create something beautiful.
