Hi! I’m Thais, creative director and owner of The Greenery Florist. Growing up in Southern Brazil, I discovered my love for flowers and nature early on. Today I live in a historic Charleston home--a city I adore. The beaches, oak-lined streets, beautiful historic homes of Charleston inspire my love for flowers and creativity in everything I do. For over four decades, the shop thrived under the care of Tricia Nimocks, whose passion for flowers and dedication to the community helped shape The Greenery into a local favorite. I’m honored to continue that tradition while bringing my own creativity and passion to the shop. Every arrangement created is designed to celebrate life’s moments—big or small—and to bring a little beauty into your day. The Greenery Florist was established in 1978 and remains a small, locally owned flower shop in the heart of Charleston, South Carolina. We accept major credit/debit cards, and Apple Pay our online checkout. For in-store or phone orders, we take cards, cash and checks
Can I request certain flowers or colors?
Of course! You can let us know your preferred flowers or color palette. While some blooms may be seasonal or limited, we’ll do our best to create an arrangement that reflects your vision.
What happens if the recipient isn’t home?
If the recipient isn’t available, our driver will either leave the flowers in a safe spot. If needed, arrange a re-delivery at a later time.
Do you deliver flowers to hospitals, offices, or event venues in Charleston?
Yes, we deliver to homes, hospitals, businesses, and venues across Charleston. Please provide the full address and any delivery notes during checkout.
Can I include add-ons with my bouquet or arrangement?
Absolutely! We offer a variety of flower delivery add-ons to personalize your arrangement such as small gifts or keepsakes. You’ll see available add-ons on each product page and again at checkout.
How do I make my flowers last longer?
Trim the stems, place them in fresh water, and keep the arrangement in a cool spot away from direct sunlight to extend their life.
